Hi, Does anyone know how to remove the stock radio door from an MY02 and install one from a MY04? Instructions and Pictures?? TIA

they are the same except for appearance (color and material)-

 

You have to take the whole door housing out. Go to www.lucidautomotive.com for directions on how to remove the housing. The housing includes the vents above the radio door. After that is out, you pull 2 pins on each side of the radio door (where it pivots) out with a drill bit or wire coat hanger. Careful not to lose the spring on the left side of the housing or your door will not open like it does now.

 

Exactely. Very easy to do, and looks hot in the interior.

i actually had honda do it for me (02 to 04 door) while my car was in the bodyshop - i liked the new door for a few days... now its starting to look a little funny.

 

btw what is the honda item code for the 04 radio door?
