my brothers is getting a 98 bmw m3 5 speed i was wondering if its faster or slower or abt the same as my 2001 stock s2000...

 

I believe that's an E36 M3 which means it's about on par, maybe a tad slower than the S2000 in the straight line. been so long since i've raced one, but I want to say you'd pull from a roll ever so slowly. don't remember for sure though.

and so help me God if someone says something about the S2k not being made for straight line, I will rant and rave like a madman.

Very close, although he gets his power lower than you do, so you had better be revved up and ready to go.
