In many states in which there is a property tax imposed on automobiles, there is an advantage of perhaps several hundred dollars in buying late in the current model year, as opposed to early in the next model year. I know that would apply with considerable impact in both my former state of residence, Massachusetts, and the new one, South Carolina. And, as someone in this thread pointed out, you have a whole beautiful summer ahead of you to enjoy, quite possibly with the girl of your dreams sitting beside you, her long blonde hair flowing in the breeze, as she smiles at you, radiating love and passion, etc...... Pardon the rhetorical excess, but it's never too soon to enjoy life.
