A $100-500 increase is pretty standard among any new car year as compared to the previous you might find, so $200 isn't too bad.

$200 sound like a small increase to me.
I would really like to know what has happened to the dealer's price.
In 2002 the MSRP went up slightly and the dealer's price went up dramatically, so we consumers got a whole lot of upgrades for very little money.
