it gets better with time if the car is new...its with all s2000s

 

5K here....no notchiness anymore whatsoever.....cold or otherwise.

it'll disappear soon....give it some more mileage.

 

5,000 miles on mine, still there about 20% of the time when cold. i think this is a normal characteristic, just shift using two small distinct motions, like you do from 2-3. if it does not go away in time or when warm you may have a problem.
