2004 Model Announcement
Sorry...but here we go again (and no, I have no reason to take offense to anyone's particular comments here -- other than the fact that this thread is degrading from its topic)...
Why not just start a thread on this subject of "PC" in Off-Topic and discuss it over there (and...by extension, allow *this* thread to continue along the subject of the S2000)?
PS. I'll check out the word association thread in a minute -- glad I could help (I hope
).

Here's my genuine question about the S2000. First, I love the car. I like the design for the most part (think the line of the front fender is probably one of the sexiest lines on a car in years), think that the performance and technology are great...but is this car destined to be a classic? I mean, in 40 years will people still look at the car and get that palpatation in their heart like I personally do when I see an old Triumph TR-6 or even a more mundane MGB?

(Good one, Da Hapa!)
Wouldn't this be an interesting way to do market research. Except for the bigotry -- and self-rightous defence of bigotry -- this post pretty much sums up the thoughts of the enthusiast community. If I wanted to know if my 2004 development plans were on track, I'd post just such a message.
