2004 Parts available?

I am so hurt at the moment.
My beautiful and Brand New '03 was scratched for the very first time this weekend. I was parked and the civic that was parked behind me must have rubbed my bumper as he pulled out because when I looked at the rear of my car the next morning I had 3 "streak like" gashes on my back bumper. Now, it's silverstone with black plastic showing.
I was wondering if an '04 rear bumper would be available at Honda parts yet. If not, I can wait until they are arive. Anyone have an Idea on an OEM rear bumper cost? If all goes according to pan, I should be the first MY03 owner to have a 2004 rear bumper.
