2007, 2008 Civic Si performance vs my AP1?
yeah but supposedly that guy actually has MORE whp than hp at the motor, fwd cars lose a little less but it would lose at LEAST 15hp. no way it can gain, dont have an explanation for that dyno though.
even if it did put down 200whp it only has 139tq, and rwd > fwd
not hating on the SI but i dont think it can ever be faster than a s2k stock for stock, with a good driver the SI can probably do high 14s. and s2k's with bad drivers do around mid 14s

um the civic si has 197hp to the motor, so im pretty sure the whp is about 165?
stock for stock the s2k will beat the civic si. but those k-series respond well to bolt ons, so i think the SI with intake, exhaust, header, and k-series reflash itll probably beat the s2k.
im pretty sure those new accords will probably beat the s2k stock for stock though.

the s2k is faster, no matter what you race from. my friend has an 07 si and we raced from 0-110, 20-110, 50-120, ect. i beat him by about 3 car length or more every time. he has intake and exhaust, and i have intake. (which doesn't do much anyways)
plus the S2000 is Honda's "sports car" so their not going to make the si faster. just like nissan won't make the g35 or the altima (3.5) faster than the 350z, or porsche won't make the cayman S faster than the 911

I seem to recall FWD loss to be approx 12-15% while RWD is 15-20.
Or something like that.
My buddy has an 06 si and has reflash, intake and header. Its dead even with my my07 on rollers. They have the 4.77 gearing I believe.
Ill be waiting for versionJDM to come along and tell me that I need a driving lesson and that he will want to race my friend.

my friend with a 97 maxima (i/e/hetc..) can still beat the new Si`s..
i pulled about 4 cars every 06-07Si i ran. (2 i believe one coupe one sedan 07)
s2000>Si
