To the OP,
I'm not really sure what you want folks to say man. Honestly, you can't tell a damn thing from those pictures you posted. So you have metal flakes in your oil.. but we can't really be sure where they came from..? I would suggest posting those pictures in a more technical section of s2ki, and you'll perhaps get some better responses.
What did your lawyer say? I would go with what he said. If it seems like it's going to be near impossible to prove the dealership screwed you, then the best you can do is take it as a life lesson and move on. If you're not familiar with cars/can't do the work yourself, get some estimates how much a replacement motor will be + the cost of putting it in. I'm amazed you didn't even pull the valve cover yet and snap some pictures. That should give you a good idea if the head is damaged (although it could be damaged in the combustion chamber). This requires pulling the head.
If there's a case, do what needs to be done (probably pay a proper shop to look at it) and move forward. A bunch of guys over the internet aren't going to be able to tell you a whole lot, you really need firsthand advice. Seeing the car in person makes a BIG difference.
Either way, take the engine apart further (and FIND OUT WHY IT's SEIZED), or just pay someone else to deal with it. It seems like you're trying to have people over the internet diagnose your engine problem w/ a few crappy pictures and not even disassembling much. That's simply not possible.

Yup. Lesson learned.. also the as-is clause will not hold up in court; they lied about the inspection and sold the vehicle under fraudalent terms, which is why Im pursuing the cas.
Simply put, i cant sell you a fake louis vuitton and deny liability simply because i sold it as is. Someone earlier pointed this out and is exactly what my lawyer has been telling me.

I recall reading that you still owe them some money for your down payment...I work at a dealership and I'm guessing that they can't get your financing approval without a certain amount of down payment. What happens if you can't come up with the remainder of the down payment? My guess is either they won't be able to get an approval, so you would have to return the car, or they would make you sign a new contract, which you don't have to agree to. Either way, it seems there's a chance that you can get out of your contract, just don't give them the remaining down payment and refuse to sign a new contract.
