Update: getting my motor replaced with a ap2 motor with 8k miles. Initial inspection from the shop has confirmed oil starvation is the cause of engine seizure.

I got a good deal on the car. The reason its complicated is because I had a trade and still owed down payment.

Also going to have motor torn apart for inspection with journal entries+photos to show at court. I am going to take the dealership to small claims once my caris fixed. Thanks for the support
Glad to hear things are working out and you didn't get offended by some individuals negative comments.

First off, if i over revved the motor wouldnt seize. Its fine though, the ignorance in some of your guy's post just show that your not knowledgable about our motors at all and are just giving out legal advice as if you know what your talking about when you dont.
I find this too funny. Coming from someone who apparently does not know anything about our cars or cars in general. And im pretty sure you have no law experience at all yet your giving people crap about their legal advice. You sir are a douche. But congrats on buying a new motor.
