that is def. a NSX rear window and supporting structure on the top.

they are most likely testing the engine and drive line of the next NSX replacement and hiding it in this hybrid body design.

No reason to spill the beans on what concept they are going with for the actual design of the body when they have plenty of na1/2 and ap1/2 lying around to frankenstien together.

I am suprised that Nissan did not do the same thing with the skyrine testing....maybe they did

anyone else kind of sad that whether it be the next s2000 or nsx, that they are only THIS far along in testing that they dont even have a complete chassis to test with?
If anything this means they are quite far along. Companies always run several different mules, one will be drivetrain, another suspension, later there will be noise and vibration testing, etc. What you see hear means they are to some extent out of the CAD phase and onto the actual street. No, it won't be debuting at the next car show, but it is a runner. For all we know, those are S2k body panels riveted to a rolling chassis of the actual car.

I'm just waiting for the day that Honda decides that they should put the NSX motor in our S2K as the first major upgrade to our 7 year old design. That would be something to for... Oh yes!!!!
