2nd to 3rd gear grind
A few suggestions, of which you can try one or all .............................
Ensure that when you shift, you are not "cutting the corner" on the shift pattern. It's not a diagonal, but rather "up, right, up".
Change and flush the clutch fluid.
Adjust the clutch pedal free play ONLY if necessary.
Change the tranny fluid. You might want to try GM Syncromesh "friction modified". Some have reported this fluid has helped to resolve grinding but doesn't last very long.
