Default Shifting is difficult intermittently

My00 with 120k has in the past few days developed a tendency to be difficult to shift. Any gear. At high rpm it's not a grind. It simply takes force to remove it from gear with the clutch on the floor and put it into the next gear. I recently put innovative 95A motor and tranny mounts in. I have no clue if that would effect this. I checked my clutch fluid and it was black. I replaced it with DOT 4 brake fluid. Pieces of small rubber came out leading to me to believe the clutch master seal is going. I'm not loosing fluid however. My clutch pedal speaks as well. When the vehicle is off and stationary the gearbox moves easily. Any insight guys? Thanks.

Had a similar issue.
Replaced my CMC and was able to shift just fine again.
