350z&s2000
You need to go test drive both of them, only 15 minutes with each would be enough for someone to know which one is for them. The only similarities these cars have is the numbers they put up and the price, the difference in driving feel is so vast I have trouble believing they are cross-shopped as much as they are.
I own both so I would have to say the 350Z it is a better daily driver but they are so close it is really hard to say one over the other. You would have to test drive both of them to see which one you really like.
The majority of us on this board is no doubt going to go with the s2k over the 350z.
I have driven both, and let me tell you, the s2k is the winner in my opinion.
how can you beat the 9k redline, the summer convertible roadster, the awesome HIDs, the crispe handleing, etc....
the 350 is a big car and it is very heavy
go for a test drive and let us know

Just look at the cheap plastic interior of the 350 and decide if you want to keep it past the 1 year mark where it looks like it'll fall apart. Obviously the interior has to be designed better than that, but to me the car just LOOKS very cheap on the inside (which is where you'll spend most of your time looking at the car).
I'm sorry, but the interior of my '98 Blazer looks like it is made of higher quality than the interior of the 350, which says a lot because the Blazer interior is made pretty cheaply compared to most all Hondas.

You could just do a search, and find comparo's between the two cars easily. I'm pretty sure there is at least one other thread on this topic, and probably other older ones you could find.
At the end of the day though, its your money...and your decision to make. Test drive both, and make your decision. Its as easy as that. As for me, I've had extensive seat time in the 350Z, its nice...but I preferred the S2k...and thats what I went with.
