it wasnt a hard decision...
i was in a market for a new car and really like both (s2k and Z).. but After test driving both, the S2000 is just my kind of Car...the cockpit is well dialed, well refined, excellent ergonomics, digital dash and that push starter button is just fantastic! ..the car handle's perfectly
and that Magical HONDA VTEC that screams in high RPM's just sounds amazing..Compared to the Z which i found the interior isnt really that great 
too plasticity, didnt like how the cluth feels (too stiff ) and the transmission isnt that smooth unlike the S.. i find the Z have that low end power thou, bcuss of the v6 and high torque, but it's not much of a big diffrence..overall the HONDA is just a pure Driver's car...
lookwise it's personal preference....for me the s2000 is just sexy lookin compared to the Z ......
Afterall im very happy with my purchase, and loved everysingle moment driving the S2000...

PLEASE don't buy an S2000. Here's why:
a) You're not into racing.
b) Already you want to change the suspension?
c) You know you want new rims, exhaust and a stereo.
The above says to me that the S2000 is wasted on you, you'd be far happier with the Z, or as somebody else mentioned, a G35. Both are fast, fun cars with plenty of style.
Please save that S2000 for somebody who will really appreciate it.
