How much is the Comptech diff and 4.57 gears from Stratocaster? Do they have the 4.57r as well? Where can I get them?
I'm assuming doing this would completely go against my lease.

With a leased car, you would have to put it back to stock before you turn it in. Unless you don't want to tell them, but they'll figure it out soon enough once the next owner sees the speed compensator. Modding a leased car is always a bit tricky.

You can get the 4.57R and Comptech diff from both Rick's and Hardtopguy. Go to their websites to see what the cost is. You can find their sites if you click on the sponsor directory at the bottom of this page.

It's obvious what the pros are but what are the cons of having these gears?

Hiway cruising will show 11.5% higher rpm than previously at the same road speed. Your hiway fuel mileage will suffer a bit as well.
If you drag race at the track, you will need an extra shift to finish the 1/4 mile.
I consider these to be minor issues and reversible when the car goes back.

You will have a speedometer and odometer error if you don't use a speed compensator. If you have a speed compensator and you don't wish to remove the gears when you hand the car back, they will think you tampered with the odometer. If you don't take out the gears and do take out the speed compensator, they will know the next time they drive it, that you have something weird with your car because the speedo will be off considerably.

I remember reading that the low end torque would improve which is awesome.

Thanks for clarifying. Given the fact that I wont be taking this car to the track and primarily using it as my daily driver, would the gears essentially help me out in any way? I'm not looking to race the car but I wouldn't mind improving on a few things here and there.

"Gears" don't actually increase torque. They "multiple" via mechanical advantage. You still have the same power and torque. Gears just use it better.
In an extreme analogy, instead of having gears 1 thru 6, you will have gears 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5. It's like "slotting" all your tranny gear down a bit.
