From a pure performance and enjoyment standpoint, the best recommendation I can make is to make sure you
drive both before making a decision. I have a 92 NSX and
it is an awesome car to drive. When it comes to lots of attention (good and bad) this car is equalled by few.

I was deciding between a few cars as well before I purchased mine a few months ago. The moment I drove it, my mind was made up. There are many older NSXs in near mint condition taken care of by owners who loved their car. If you look hard enough, you will see there are more around than you think. I paid 35K for mine. Now that I look back I can't believe what kind of a deal this is. This is still a 90K exotic sports car for 35K, that is extremely reliable (JD Powers, Most reliable after 5 years in 1995- out of ALL cars, not just sports cars).
Both cars are great, but they are very different.

Enjoy whatever you decide on. However, the biggest mistake you could make is not driving both and being satisified that you chose what YOU like best. Good luck.

I have both a 96 NSX-T and my S2K. They are both great but very different cars. Drive them both and then decide.

The intake sound from an NSX at 7-8k rpm is amazing.

Thanks for all the help guys!
Pinky, lets get together sometime soon!
I would LVOE to see your car.
I think that the NSX will still be a looker even after the inroduction of the new one. Probably drive the prices down a bit too! I am just so confused But the thought of driving a car that is 8-10 years old does not appeal to me. I must drive about 40K a year. Keep the opinions coming

Thanks,
Bobby

I'd go with the NSX it has higher retail value. A classic and has more performance. The S2000 is a flash in the pan compared to the NSX To many people own the S2000. Think about the number of times you'll see an NSX verses a S2000. Exclusivity! If I had it to do over I'd have bought a new NSX. Next one will be.

If you head up to the Boston area, I'll bring you for a side by side comparison ride!
