I ran the Wed. night drags at BeaverSprings, but it was ****ing Hot, and humid, plus windy.

It was still 90F+ at 5:45 when I was doing this, humidity was at least 85% .. and to boot, the flags were blowing so hard they were practically straight (of course a head wind). (elevation 642 ft)

Anyway...enough excuses.... i just want to get the "corrected" times to see how i did (how do you correct timeslips?).

'60 - 2.183
1/4 - 14.417
trp spd 96.76

That was with a burnout, 8000rpm launch (which worked well), no lifting off gas when shifting, mirrors in, and rear tire pressure at 24psi.

Next best

'60 - 2.115
1/4 - 14.442
trp spd 94.03 (head wind I guess)

again...That was with a burnout, 8000rpm launch (which worked well), no lifting off gas when shifting, mirrors in, and rear tire pressure at 24psi.

I eventually dropped my tires down to 21psi, but my car was soooo damned hot at that point it didn't help at all....

I think with better wheather conditions you'll see even quicker times. Those times are not shabby at all though, great 60'.

You might snap a half shaft if you continue doing burn outs at low tire pressure like that.

I drove through the water to get the tires wet before I did any burnouts.

Anyone know the website to correct my #'s???
