Thanks for the info, I will change the oil as soon as I get a chance, Is it something that needs immediate attention or can it wait untill the weekend? I hope nothing is broken, I took it into vtec this afternoon just to make sure it felt right, dont know if that was a good idea.
FREAKING SPRINKLERS! the way it was setup was purfect to spray at an angle towards the radiator, and onto the intake, but only if it was spraying horizontally so I think it might of been broken.
I Agree the design is retarded as far as water goes, but it sounds so damn good

 

I would do it right away. Why risk the chance of blowing your motor. When you do the first oil change, you will notice if water has gotten in right away (if there is any milky residue etc.). After you change your oil, run your car at idle for a bit, then change it again to be safe you get all the water out of there.

Also when I had the AEM installed, the filter did not angle up...it was actually straight.
