Everything the OEM boot does, (ie. keep the top clean when its down). But, it is supposed to go on and off easy and take up only little space in trunk.

For those w/o a tonneau cover, this looks like a good investment. Heck, even if you DO own a tonneau cover... :-)

I do own an OEM tonneau cover but I think it is a PIA to get on and off and it takes up most of the trunk. As a result, I end up driving a lot with no cover and I think the inside of the top is getting dust and road grime on it when it is folded. I'm considering this as an alternative.

This cover has been discussed before and most agree that it looks like crap.

I agree with that assessment. But I'm not concerned so much with looks. I'm concerned with function. Are there threads where owners discuss how it functions? I've looked but found nothing.

So I ordered this cover and installed it for the first time today. I like it. It goes on and off fast. It folds up small into a good quality zipper case and it take very little room in the trunk. It will do a good job of keeping dust and road grime off the top. It doesn't fit perfectly but its good enough. The OEM cover is back in its original plastic bag and stored in the garage with all the other oem parts I am saving in the unlikely event I ever sell this car. I can't imagine now why I would ever sell it. But, one never knows.

Will you post photos of the cover in place and folded up in the zipper bag, please? The seller will post flattering photos. I'd like to see real life shots.
