Alignment Woes
I am having a running battle with Honda America over a problem I seem to have with my S2000, which has been there since I got the car in 2002. I am hoping someone else here knows of any outstanding issues, or can suggest a way for me to get beyond this issue. Here is a brief description. The car is really badly out of balance, and each time I get it aligned at a dealership (twice now) the car drifts back out of alignment within 200 miles. Its a daily driver, never been hit, never been in an accident, or driven off a curb, etc. The drift out starts with right turns, and quickly progresses to left turns as well. It starts by the front dipping ito the corner, then just past the apex the rear assumes all the load of the car, and the front dodges further into the turn. IF you go past 25 in a normal right turn, the back will start to kick out, even with 255 tires in the back. If anyone has experienced this before, and can give me feedback on what to pass on to Honda America, please let me know. the car even drifts uncomfortably in a straight line, especially at speed, and feels very light in the front on the freeway.
Thanks for any input. I can post specs if anyone thinks it will help. I am past 5 visits to the dealers, so any input on the Lemon Law would be helpful as well. I dont know if there are limits you have to react within, but the car is a terrible waste the way it is.

Which aspect of the alignment is falling out of spec? Since castor, camber and toe are all adjustable, find the component that is not retaining its setting and go from there. Posting the printouts from all the alignments thus far might help us see what's going on.
This is where it gets ugly. All specs go out. Caster and camber even cross camber go off. I have the before and after specs from each dealership, and its not looking good. I was hoping someone else had run into this, but it sounds like not. Its not just at one corner either, but at all four corners of the car. Not very encouraging.
My recommendation for you is to take your car to a different shop...When the alligment is done and every nut and bolt are torque it will never change...except if you hit something very hard, wish is not your case.
