anyone know a shop or person I can speak to about making as much all motor power I can before I go forced induction?

Umm... are you planning on going all-motor and then convert to FI on the same motor? If so, that doesn't sound like such a good idea, since many of the mods that would be done for an all-motor venture (like increasing compression) would be the exact opposite of what you would do for an FI application.
Since it appears that you have been here 0 yrs and 0 days, my best advice would be to take some time to do some research on this board using the "Search" function. Once you have a better idea of what's available and what works and what your real game plan is, you can come back here and ask more specific questions (although, if you use the "Search" function well, it may provide all the answers you need).
