Default Amsoil vs Mobil 1

I will be switching over to synthetics this weekend. I am curious though which brand I should go with Amsoil or Mobil 1. May I get some testimonials of each brand, thanks.

I would say go with Redline. Amsoil is good oil, but sometimes I think it's more of a religion than an oil.

I am running Amsoil 10w30 in the Engine, and the 75w-90 in the rear diff. Redline MT-90 in the tranny, and it all works great.

Just watch out for that "Holy Hand Grenade", it'll getcha.

I've been using the new Mobil1 SuperSyn 10W30 and really like it. It seems to save on gas, also.

If you live anywhere near a Rick Case owned Honda dealership, they all stock Redline
