Default any comment of hardtopguy?

i'm purchase 2 items from them 10 days ago(Sep 3).send 2 email ask about the when they will ship my items and the tracking number.i got the reply from them 5 days later(Sep 8):
"Your order is set to ship tomorrow. We will have tracking info

Joe"

i'm try to ask for the tracking number 2 days later (Sep 10)and send about 2-3 emails more from Sep 11-today(Sep 13) but never hear back anything .

my payment is for the UPS World Wide Express,if they shipped the items on Sep 9.it should be arrived anywhere worldwide now.but i'm still not got anything....

anyone purchase some items from them and have some experiance?thanks!

it's funny you posted this cause something similar has been going on with my stuff. i didn't want to say anything before as i've heard nothing but praise about them. i thought no matter how good of service one business is having there are it's bad days.

the only thing i'm not happy about is i was told that my parts where sent a week ago so i kept calling to get my tracking number. so a week goes buy and i finally get the tracking number and after checking, it was shown everything was shipped a day ago. then i find out that another part was late arriving so i won't get everything at once and might have to wait another week.

i don't have any problems waiting for parts just because of the price that they offer them for. But i wish i was told everything upfront so i could plan everything accordingly. so i ended up delaying my appointment with the body shop that is doing the work for me. no big deal but up here our summers are short and it will be parked soon.

CALL them.

Always the FIRST step in ANY deal when you don't get results over email.

I had a GREAT experience with them - they not only sell honda parts CHEAP but they love the s2000. I have had spotty results getting QUOTES from them via email, but the best service ever on the phone each and every time - I think they work on the phone more than email maybe.
