if so, does it really make a difference in your car's cooling ability?

Comptech recomends it for there aftercooler. Doesnt make a difference? Who knows.

it is used for race cars that cannot use glycol based anti-freeze. It's not an additive to coolant. It is a substitute used to reduce the surface tension of water and raise it's boiling point. It is for race cars not street cars and shouldn't be used in a street car.

Just use a few drops of dishwashing liquid soap;same f@#$*ng thing.

It can be mixed with either straight water or a water/coolant mixture. Only use it if your cooling system is having trouble keeping up with additional heat created by a turbo system, supercharger system, etc. There is no reason to put it in a nearly stock S2k. Our stock cooling system should even be able to handle the stresses of track use. A few drops of dishsoap in your coolant will do basically the same thing aslong as you are using a water/coolant mixture.
