Ap1 to Ap2 conversion ASAP HELP!

Default Ap1 to Ap2 conversion ASAP HELP!

Hey guys, what do i need extra when i do the ap2 rear taillights, headlights, and rear/front bumpers?

I know the taillights apparenlty are a bit difficuilt to install. can someone tell me what exactly I need to get other hten teh bumpers and lights itself? any extra peices/hardware? and why is the rear lights difficult to do? I need response ASAPPP taking car in tomarrow morning!

Rear lights require some cutting I believe. I've never done it.

yes, the rears need plenty of cutting. it can be a bit of a headache. everything else should be much easier than the tail lights.

You will need to cut the sheet metal in the rear as the connectors for the lights are in differant locations. You will also need to fab a bracket to hold the light inplace. The electical connections are also differant and you will need to adapt them to work.

Your best bet is to buy the kit from Hardtopguy. It comes compelte with everything you need to do the instalation. The only thing you will need to do is fab a bracket. It is worth the extra to simplfy the installation.

the thing is, a shop is doing it for me. I am not. And they are ordering it for me, so what should i do? he doesnt want a headache or extra work. What do you think?
