if you want glass, it's easiest to just replace the whole top, and yes robbins makes a glass replacement for the earlier model years.

If you want to replace the plastic window with another plastic window, you can do that without replacing the WHOLE roof, but if you just want to replacement the plastic window with a glass window, not the whole roof, then that is going to to be something very custom, and probably end up costing more than a robbins top and installation.

have you tried to polish the plastic window? you can use any plastic polish (3m, meguiars plastx) with a microfiber applicator. it will take alot of work by hand, but it is possible. if you have a porter cable, the polish can take no more than 5 minutes.

to maintain the plastic window regularly, you can clean it with a product called plexus.
