When revving an F22c to 9k, its not a question of if something will break, its when something will break. Its not 'safe'.. but its not going to blow up either

AP2's dont make any power past 8600 anyway, the F20 cams are the ones that make the high RPM hp.

whoever said it won't blow up it definitely could! reving a F22C to 9k is like reving a F20C to 10,000rpm, based on the dimensions of everything.

Everyone is saying 8300 rpm for f22 (mine too) but what is the actual for the f20? 9k or 9200 rpm?

Actually the honda dealership that hardtopguy works for (I believe its him) will install an AP2 engine and AP1 ECU in an s2000 and WARRANTY the engine so no worry of blowing the engine....
