As their manual states...those are starting numbers. The intent is for the driver to tune them.
If you appreciate the stance of the car with the CR suspension, I would definitely do it. Handles amazing and looks awesome. I would never lower my car beyond how the car sits so if you share that opinion, go with the cr suspension. I couldnt be happier with the way it handles over the base suspension.
