APR cf mirror install...
I just got my mirrors in the mail and I am not sure if all I have to do is remove the door panal or not. So my question is what is really involved? Thanks

Very easy. Take the door panel off (a few screws) and remove the lower speaker. Reach up through the speaker hole with a small wrench (10mm?) and unscrew the three bolts for the OEM mirror.
Replace the mirror, reverse the process.
Took me about 1.5 hours done carefully.
