Remove the inside door panels
Disconnect the harness to mirrors
Remove the mirrors
Install the APR Mirrors

On a side note, where did you get them and what did you pay for them. I need a set.

Hey, chill.

There are 3 nuts that must be removed. The first one closest to the rear must be removed first. Reach inside from the opening toward the rear of the door *big circle* (with the window up) and reach up. You will feel it and two others, atop the other, towards the front of the door behind it. Remove nut #1.

Then remove the speaker and reach up *little circle* and remove nuts #2 then #3. Make sure you have someone with you to hold the mirror.. otherwise you will be taking it to the body shop Monday.

Sorry for the ghetto image but I had to answer quickly, you are spazzing out.
