Apt complex won't let me wash car on property!

My apartment complex doesn't allow it either. According to the apt manager (a cool guy and an avid car nut too) the EPA says there isn't proper drainage. I wash my cars at a coin operated car wash. They are perfectly safe as long as you're careful with the high pressure water wand and bring your own mitt. I don't use the brush they provide because everybody uses it and I question how clean it is.

We have a laser wash...The touch free ones...it is amazing. It drys it for you and everything. So i go to that and then park it out side and bring all my own stuff with me and use the clay bar and wax it and whatnot right out side..they dont have a problem with it at all. When i dont have time then i Use there waxer which appies an even coat and what not it looks really good and protects it. Then when i get home i use the clay bar to take off there wav and any other contaminants and then wax
