Sounds like a lil' miscommunication. I am sure he will go out of his way to compensate you for the misunderstanding.

deal with it. you have it easy. if i were to order from him it would take at least a week for the part just to show up and shipping on a lip would likely be 3-400 bucks.

my bad guys i know there good dudes, i had to beg my old lady to let me get this in the first place and to have it overnighted, i made her stay home today to ,make sure she got it. because fedex is severely f'd up around here, they really dont care about anything, theve left packages at my neightbors houses that i dont know, without leaving me any info. I had two packages signed for that ive never recieved. The bad part is i live in a good area.

Just curious - why would anyone pay over $100 extra in shipping to get a front lip delivered overnight? What the hell could be so urgent? Doesn't that kind of shipping cost defeat the purpose of ordering from Hardtopguy (best prices) in the first place?

Some of the things people complain about on here blow me away.

It's a fair complaint... I am sure they will straiten it out. Why you wanted it tonight is your business not ours. I would be upset too and I am sure they will compensate you. I wouldn't say you're being a jackass...

Spa, im with you. I have never bought anything from HARDTOPGUY, and dont really care what anyone else thinks, so....

If what you are saying is the truth, I am with you. Saying something was shipped ESPECIALLY is you paid that much for it, and it wasnt, that is bad business. PERIOD. Some of you had good experiences, and thats all peaches and cream, but I want to hear the BAD ones. I hate when my stuff doesnt get shipped on time, and hate it even more if I paid for second day air or next day. $113 bucks is a lot to spend on shipping, and overnight means overnight.

You people have to accept that although Jeff probably is a really nice guy, doesnt mean that business goes smoothly all the time. He had a bad experience, and has a right to be mad NO MATTER WHO IT IS.

Do not put people on high horses.

Yeah Jim and Jeff are great guys. I ordered my '04+ headlamps and they lagged on my order. I needed by the end of the week since my car is in the shop and it'll be finished by Friday. All i need was the headlamp, they shipped it overnight while charging me only for regular ground delivery.
