wow same thing ahpepned to me with horse pwoer freaks i left a message with them on how i was dissapointed because they said it would nbe shuipped next day and then it was shipped 5 day s later. Then on thephone they called back and said it was ononly 1 day late!! wtf!!! liears to. Im gonan cal em cept im pretty drunk rughgt now but yeh id ont care it will be here monday since its from cali but yeh im still angry, bastards!

i tried working thins out but jeff isnt there, i dont know who else i spoke with yesterday at 5pm. But whoever i spoke with said that id have it today, but I can have today because it wasnt designated for saturday delivery. Im being 100 percent honest with you guys, and its really my perrogative if i wanted that lip the next day. I just dont like being bsed saying it was shipped when it was really sitting right in front of them.

I understand your frustration and I'm sure Hardtopguy will as well when he finds out. I've been on both sides of this one and been made right or made the customer right pretty much every time. I have no problem with you paying outrageous shipping for an overnight on a lip I do that kind of stuff all the time, instant gratification is nice some times.
As far as the comment someone made about dishonesty, you have no idea what your talking about unless you were sitting at Ganley at the time. Jeff may have looking in the shipping logs and it showed shipped or asked someone if it had shipped and been told yes. I've had both happen to me only to find the package sitting at the loading dock the next day.
I still think you should have talked to Hardtopguy before posting but when someone is angry and or frustrated venting can make you feel good. Make sure to post up with whatever the outcome is next week when you talk with Jeff.
Remember at least it didn't cost you thousands of dollars like has happened to me a couple of times when overnight was promised but not delivered.
