You shouldn't have to do much more than report it to Paypal. If you used a credit card, you can contact the cc company as a second resort. Good luck

And if that doesn't work, call his local judge and get a warrant for a wire tap ... I'm sure the FBI will want to jump in as well....

 

It's not real easy to change your screen name. Plus, s2ki rules say only members can sell stuff. So, if he tried making multiple accounts, he'd have to pay for multiple memberships.

BTW, I love how the seller said "The picture I put up before I sold it to you shows that the ipod was working when it was shipped out to you.
