The FAQ instructions forgot to mention that if you're also replacing the factory 'H' badges (front and rear) as well, they are held in place by two pins. You floss around them and then remove the clips from the underside. See the Honda-Accessories site for complete instructions in PDF format at: http://www.honda-accessories.com/S2000/s2kblkchrm.pdf

The replacement (colored) 'H' badges do not have these pins; they are just stick-ons.

2. has anyone removed the front and rear badges? how did you fill the holes (my recollection is that they are held on by pin type attachments-)?

I got my front and rear badges through the Harvey Jr group buy (UK S2000 badges). They do have 2 pins each (plus the adhesive) which fit perfectly into the holes in the body and WITHOUT the stock plastic retaining clips

Flying Pig, Look closely... they are the stock wheels chromed. When I arrived at the dealer (after getting the call my name was next on the wait list) there they were!
I had no choice...take it or leave it. Needless to say, I was signing papers pretty
fast. I think you can take your stock rims to a variety of places to have them chromed. Don't know how much.
