Ha! thats the game my dealer played too! I ended up just ordering them from parts for 8.00 and they shipped them to my house for free. The dealer is kinda far away.

It all depends on who you talk to at the "dealership". A car dealership is a BIG company with lots of people working there, so you have to find the right person with the right knowledge to know what you are talking about. Don't just call up the "dealership" and talk to any body, because chances are they won't know what you are talking about. If you spoke to a "salesman", then there is a high probability he/she does not know about the plugs. If you spoke to the service manager who is responsible for PDIs, he/she probably will know what you are asking about. If you spoke to the "parts manager" and he does not know what the plugs are, then you should find another dealer with a more knowledgable parts manager. Good luck.
