I'm sure the original question came from "curiosity" but I sense a bit of compulsive/obsessive behavior going on.
The S2000 already has a "kill" switch called the immobilizer system. It is a fairly high tech and effective way of protecting the car from theft. Keep in mind that if a theft wants your car, he WILL get your car.
So you want to "add" to the existing theft deterent? There are several kinds of "kill" switches. As mentioned, you can put in a kill for the starter, a kill for the fuel pump, a kill for the ignition. How about all three? Even better, how about a series of "gang switches" for each of those three? You could have a massive bank of switches under the dash, each one needing to be UP or DOWN for the car to run.
Of course, you could also put in a battery switch at the battery terminal, an alternator switch so it won't pump out juice even if it's spinning. How about getting one of those tiny Hawker batteries with quick disconnects so you can remove it and put it in your briefcase before you leave? Why not carry your own "Denver Boot" in your trunk and put it on before you walk away from your car? Have you considered chaining your car to a telephone poll? (But then, somebody will just come along with a chain saw or a "K-12" saw. )
The options are endless.

another option, more extreme:

I knew a guy who had a show truck... (this may not be feasible on the S) and he installed air bags on all 4 corners. he also installed skids on the bottom of the truck that hung about 1" lower than anything else. when he parked, he just lowered the truck onto the skids and enabled a kill switch to the ignition and airbag compressor. Voila. I don't think you'd even be able to tow a car that was literally sitting on the ground.
If anyone bagged their S, I'd personally come beat them up.
