tighten your throttle wire a little

although it depends on your car. i did this, and it made heel/toe more precise. don't over tighten it though because you could unintentionally raise your idle rpm.

Better tire, will give you a handling performance upgrade without voiding the warranty. There's not much else that can be done without the dealer considering it a warranty issue. So if you do hp upgrades, keep the old parts.

That is a huge exageration / overgenaralization

Not all dealers are so anal; many dealers work with their customers and continue to honor a warranty even after mods have been added. Implying that a tire is the only thing that can be changed on the car without voiding the warranty is very extreme, and in my case, 1,000 % false.

Thank you, no really thanks, I'll be here all week...

Though we've both seen enough horror story posts here to know tha *some* dealers are real jerks when it come to warranty. And the worst time to find out *your* dealer is one of those jerks, is after something breaks. I can't believe that keeping the OEM parts is that big a deal.

Though I do conceed that extended warranty claims are more trouble than the factory warranty

"They said that any modification voids the warranty no matter what."

Good point. I think I liked the sound of the CAI more than the functionality of the shift beeper, but the beeper is most certainly one of the best mods we've made to the car. I'd have mentioned it, but it slipped my mind, so I guess I'll just thank you for picking up my slack.
