I've been "thinking" about doing this is well. I have Sebring as too, but have red interior, do there is no question on the color for me.

For those that have used the G2 system or similiar, will last forever or do you have to touch it up in the future?

I really want to add those "S2000" logos like rick had. Anyone know where or how to put those logos on on the calipers?

 

black and no need to buy caliper paint spary paint is the same and works just as well

I've used the G2 system and mine looks great. However, I've heard that you will need to redo it in 1-2 years.
As far as the lettering goes, ask the florida guys. The guy who powdercoats for Rick has the stencils. I forget his name.
