BMW 330Ci -> S2k as a daily driver?

I've got a 01 330Ci and looking at a pre-owned 2002 suzuka blue s2k.
The car will be a daily driver, while I have a 325i and Impreza wagon at home for any loading/4 passenger needs.
For all you converters from BMW, how's the transition like to the S2k? What'd you like and don't like about the car?
