You may want to consider Stongard, or similar 3M product. I have it on my S2000, and I find it MUCH better than a bra because it is 99% invisible, provides all-weather protection, and it's completely maintenance-free. It's pricey sure, but you get much more protection, and practically never have to worry about it again. (By the way, it's on the car in the pic below! Can you see it?)

None. In the long-term they will screw the paint worse than a couple rock chips.

I cant afford the stonguard(havent heard of any authorized installers in Southern Cali. Also, why would people use bra's if they were all bad? Im just looking for one that looks good, stops the rocks, and possibly a picture of one already on the car

Andre,
Just received this yesterday in reponse to my inquiry. Hope she doesn't mind me posting. I haven't seen it yet but I am real curious.

"Thanks for your interest in StonGard. We have two dealers/installers near the L.A. area. There is a guy by the name of Chuck Rice located in Lakewood, he can be reached at 310-990-8812. Brian Lewey @ McKenna Porsche, Porsche, Audi, VW, can be reached at 562-868-3233. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me at 800-350-4897.

Thanks,

Bras just collect dirt & dust which then sands your nice paint to oblivion with the motion of the car. You need to remove it every time you get the car wet (rain, wash or otherwise). And even when it doesn't get wet!

I thought these things went out in the 80's? And on a yellow car? Blasphemy!

Oh, I don't know - anything that hides that hideous yellow paint sounds good by me

Seriously though this is the liberated 00s and all good sports car have burnt their bras and prefer to go "au naturelle"
