I wasnt reading any suggestions, so I might suggest something that already was said.
But many a times the court wouldnt mind you settling with the prosecuting lawyer before the case goes to judge to free up some case load here in NY.
You just ask the prosecuting lawyer to make a deal before and if you dont have a bad driving record they will usually get your speeding without any points if u dont do it so much. THey are more understanding and you can chat with them.

I'm not sure if Florida's Motorvehicle Laws are the same as they are here in California. 2 weeks back I attended my first traffic school session in 12 years! I was out of the country which explains the record
, okay back to blemishes on driving record and who sees it? In CA, you can attend traffic school every 18months to take ONE point off from your record. The point is taken off to help hiking auto insurance. HOWEVER, that one point remains on your driving record for THREE years. After that, if you don't get another ticket in between, that ONE point will be wiped clean. In short traffic school helps your insurance but the points remain on your record for THREE years.

You guys are the best. I'm going to take your advice and hire a lawyer (depending on the responses to my case). There's just too much that can go wrong.
