buying a s2k
hey whats up guys i just totaled my acura rsx type s and I'm looking to buy a new car, I'm pretty confident in the s2k and i rally want to buy it , but just to be safe. do you guys from experience have anything you would like to tell me to watch out for or any comments just feel free
I just went from an Acura RSX Type S myself a month ago, as long as you can afford to have a two seat convertible you won't regret it one bit. I know I haven't looked back and don't even plan on it, best purchase I ever made.
Although it's hard to find with search, check out this thread:

Replaced my Teg GSR with an AP2 S a couple of months ago and I love it. Assuming this will be your only car (like me), you need to be ready to cope with the cons of owning a roadster. The space in the integra's hatch really spoiled me and its frustrating not being able to fit a large suitcase in the trunk of the S. The soft top can also make the car get pretty noisy (in a bad way) and it can get pretty tiring on long trips. I commute almost 100 miles a day and I've learned to live with it but some people might want to kill themselves.
In terms of driving pleasure, nothing comes close. Yes you will need to retrain your mind on how to drive because RWD FM is waaaaay different than the FF on your RSX, but it's totally worth it. Just don't be an idiot for the first couple months and try to learn the limits of the car on an open track before you really push it.
