Default Can't decide on which interior to get?????

So I am close to buying my 2002 S2000. Now, my only dilemna is that I can't decide on the interior color of the car. At first, I was sold on the red leather interior, but now that I have seen both cars side by side I think that the red might be overkiil. Like it might just have too much going on...too busy - I guess? The black interior just seems to blend in better and seems more subtle to the car, whereas the red interior is really flashy and eye-catching. I am just wondering if after awhile I'll get tired of seeing the red. What are your thoughts please?

Also, any specs on what the 2002 has that the 2001 does not?

Thanks.

I think it would help to know the color of the car. Black interior is subtle, anyone can live with it. Red is bold, and after seeing one in person, it does look nice.

I love the red. All sweet sports cars have sassy interiors.

If you are getting the Silver then the red looks best.
If you are getting black then it's 50/50
Not seen white or yellow.

I am getting Monte Carlo Blue with Black int. Will custom to part dark blue interior if it gets boring quickly.

Just in my opinion.

Often.

Red interior looks best with Black and White exterior colors. Why red? Because Honda's racing spirit color is red, that's why the engine is red and so should the interior be red and the Honda badges be red as well.

I have no idea why red s2ks cannot be ordered with red interiors. It was on the preproduction cars I think.

Come to think of it, I never realized that until you mentioned so Howie ... Hmm, maybe I just never really cared to notice.

well, as you can see from the sig, i prefer red. the st00k's interior is pretty spartan to begin with. in all black, it's especially dull, at least to me. red adds a lot....looks less like your average miata.

btw, lots of cool cars have two-tone interiors, e.g. silver m coupe with blue and black...nice!

The red carpet sucks, IMNSHO. Go with black.
