Just got my s2k 2 days ago. I turn the knob all the way to the red, then i turned the fan all the way up, and put the setting on the guy with the arrow to the face. did this when the car was at speed and also at idle, no heat? what am i doing wrong?

Is your car new or used?

The heat should be plentiful, not questionable.

Perhaps the cooling system was not properly filled.

See the dealer.

Make sure the "Recirculation Button" (car with circular aroow button) is not lit. It must be in the fressh air mode(i.e. not lit) to heat the car.

 

How do you figure? My car heats faster and hotter by recirculating the already warmed air.

 

Is any air at all coming out of the vents? If not, try opening your vents.

The vents are open, and plenty of cold air is flowing out. but i dont get even a hint of warm air? What about the cooling system? wouldnt that be for cooling not heating?

Almost certainly the ultimate fault is that the air mixing flap is not operating. As to what is causing that - it could be one of a dozen things from the potentiometer behind the know through to the flap motor. All in all a trip back to the Dealer is the unfortunate result unless you have access to the manual and time.
