Default Car won't start - troubleshooting help please

After 2 Accords, a CRV and my S2000 I've finally had my first (non self inflicted) problem with a Honda product. I tried to start my 02 S2000 (20k miles) this morning and it tried to turn over, but wouldn't start. It's never turned over more than 2-3 times b4 starting in the past. After waiting a couple hours I tried again and now it won't even turn over. all the dash lights come on but no ignition sounds whatsoever. Batteries fine and gas is full.

Any ideas?

Yeah, sounds like a dead batt to me - how do you know its fine? Try jumping the car and see if it starts.

It does really sound like a dead battery. It's about the time when some MY02 batteries should be giving it up. Do your lights dim when you try cranking the engine?
