Default Cat. ellimination ????

Does it make any sense to just do a test pipe, rather than a hole exhaust? How loud will it be. Whats the horse power increase?
thanks

I'm having a local shop build a custom test pipe, they said you will notice some difference. About the sound it should be a little louder, but not has loud as my car is right now. Try running on open headers, that is loud.

Maybe on a forced-induction setup such as yours, but for a n/a car, it's going to be un-noticeable on just about all counts except for the pretty CEL.

Chances are you will throw a check engine light w/o the cat. Something to think about if dummy lights bother you.
