Take it to a honda dealership? They entered the code and wrote it down for me on my s2000 I bought this week.

Radio code should be on a small plastic card inside your owner's manual bag.

There is a series of numbers you put in and it gives you the serial number. Call Honda and get them to run it for you. $free.99

- turn on your car
- turn radio off
- hold 1 & 6
- turn on radio while holding 1 & 6
- write down the U & L numbers (should be 8 total numbers in all)
- call dealership
- tell em your problem
- tell em the U & L numbers

they should give you the code and just save it and input it in your stereo and it should work. i just did this today. saves you the trouble of driving to the dealership for something that you can handle at home in less than 5 mins

yes this can be a pain as well
www.owners.honda.com
u can build ur own s2k page their that should have updates and stuff with your VIN
not sure how far back this will date tho.
there is a slot to enter in your radio code in case you forget it you can just log back in and pull it up off the site
