that was a problem for me earlier. THen I got an mp3 compatible HU. Now I have condensed my collection down to 8 CD's. Fits in a little wallet style holder that goes in the secret compartment.

I keep my iPod in the center console, controlled by my Alpine HU. I only touch CD's now to burn them to iTunes.

I have a small 12 CD case under the driver's seat. I haven't taken the time nor money to upgrade my stereo so it's usually the radio for me.

All you need is a wireless FM modulator for your IPOD and you can mount it anywhere.

CD case under drivers seat for long trips, or as many cd's as I can fit into the center compartment around town.

How would you control it? In my experience, FM modulators sound like crap.
